Dr.Prompt (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is accessed and used when you connect your Google account, specifically Gmail, to enable writing style analysis.
## 2. Data Accessed
When you choose to connect Gmail, the App requests **read-only access** to your Gmail account using the following Google OAuth scope:
* `https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly`
The App accesses **only a limited number of sent emails** for the sole purpose of analyzing writing style.
## 3. Purpose of Data Access
Gmail data is accessed **exclusively** to:
* Analyze the user’s writing style (tone, vocabulary, sentence structure, formality)
* Personalize the “Tone” used for generating future email drafts
## 4. Data Storage
* **Emails are NOT stored**
* **Email content is NOT saved, logged, or archived**
* Analysis occurs **in real time**
* Only aggregated stylistic characteristics are retained
* No raw email data persists after analysis is completed
## 5. Data Sharing
* Gmail data is **never shared** with third parties
* Email content is **never sold, transferred, or used for advertising**
## 6. AI Processing
Email snippets may be processed by an AI system solely to extract stylistic patterns.
The AI does **not** retain, reuse, or train on email content.

You may revoke Gmail access at any time via your Google Account security settings:
